Ram Anusuri is the CEO and founding partner of ‘the UrbanMile.’ He has been leading this project from the start, providing vision and direction, and creating a unique brand. With a specialization in real estate acquisition for the past 10+ years, he has been instrumental in turning profits for the company and its partners. Remarkably, he began his entrepreneurial journey at the young age of 16, while also pursuing an Engineering degree in Mechanics.
He has extensive experience in sports, particularly Tennis, and has worked as an SAP consultant, providing solutions to notable clients such as IBM, Pfizer, and YETI.
Ram is blessed with a beautiful family, including his wife Deepa, a paediatric dentist, and two sons, Anjan and Kishan. Anjan is a high school junior, while Kishan is currently training to become a tennis professional.
Rajaneesh is the co-founder and global investor who has acquired and managed multiple single and multi-family properties in the US and India. He has overseen over $10MM in value-added projects and exceeded market expectations in each one of them.
With over 15 years of experience in managing multi-million dollar real estate projects, he is a seasoned real estate investor. As a co-founder of “the UrbanMile,” Rajaneesh oversees several aspects of the business, including project management, market analysis, business development, vendor relations, and legal matters.
Rajaneesh holds an MS degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani. Additionally, he is an accomplished engineering leader, with extensive experience working in IT leadership and strategy roles for Fortune 50 technology organizations.
He is blessed with an athletic family, including his lovely wife Jayashree and their children, Sanjana and Tanisha, who have all played competitive tennis.
Suneel is a seasoned professional with a diverse skill set in real estate investments and healthcare management. He has successfully overseen underwriting, built-outs, acquisitions, and operations management of various asset classes, including primary care clinics, retail, assisted living, nursing homes, hotels/motels, restaurants, land acquisitions and development.
Suneel’s track record of delivering a 20% annualized rate of return to partners and overseeing multi-million dollar projects highlights his ability to monitor macroeconomic trends, analyse local market needs, and raise equity and debt funding to execute on these projects while optimizing revenue, operating margin, and cash flows.
Currently, Suneel manages assets totalling $15MM with $120MM worth of developments in progress, across 154 acres in five locations in the Austin MSA. His impressive portfolio and extensive expertise make him a valuable asset to any organization.
Ranjit is an experienced entrepreneur passionate about real estate development and investment.
With over 10 years of experience, he has a successful track record of identifying lucrative opportunities, managing projects, and achieving impressive results.
With his exceptional Excel modeling skills, including dynamic proformas, complex equity waterfalls, and operating cash flow analysis, Ranjit invests in various real estate projects, ranging from retail buildings, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, single-family residential and land acquisitions, showcasing a diverse portfolio in the real estate industry. Currently, Ranjit manages assets totalling $15MM.
He is recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit, financial acumen, and commitment to delivering outstanding results in the real estate industry.
