Future Phase II is contemplated as an approximately 23,300 sq. ft. clubhouse with a members’ lounge, spa/wellness amenities, full kitchen and bar; a 7,500 sq. ft. pool; and 3 additional pickleball courts.

These amenities are future concepts and are not part of the approximately 101,600 sq. ft. Phase 1a construction scope or its development-cost and financing request.

Future Phase III – Mixed-Use Development

Retail and multi-family residential components subject to future approved plans

The current plan contemplates mixed-use retail and multi-family residential components in Phase III. The August 2026 plan does not state square-footage figures for these future components.
